Our signature honey, produced by our own bees in and around Rainford village. Every batch reflects whatever the bees have been foraging on at the time, from gardens and hedgerows to trees and wildflowers, so the colour and flavour naturally change throughout the season.

This is raw and unfiltered honey. We keep processing to an absolute minimum, gently extracting it from the comb and only lightly straining out larger pieces of wax before it is allowed to settle and then filled, labelled and packed by hand in Rainford.

You may occasionally notice tiny flecks of natural beeswax in the jar. That is completely normal and is simply a sign of how little handling there is between hive and jar.

Natural crystallisation can occur and is completely normal.
