Myst~Tree Rainford Cut Comb Honey

Our Rainford cut comb honey is produced by our own bees around Rainford and cut directly from the frame into individual portions. Nothing is extracted or filtered. You get the honey and edible beeswax together, with the rich sweetness of the honey and the soft, chewy texture of fresh comb.

It is brilliant on warm toast, with brie or camembert, alongside fruit and crackers, or simply eaten straight from the comb. It also makes a fantastic centrepiece on a cheese board.

If you have only ever eaten honey from a jar, cut comb is one of the best ways to experience how different honey can be before it ever reaches an extractor.
