Myst~Tree Heather Honey (227g)

The heather crop is brief and heavily dependent on the weather, so only a limited amount is available each year. Once that year's batch has gone, we have to wait for the next heather season.

If you want to discover just how different two English honeys can taste, this is the one to try.

This raw and unfiltered honey is naturally very different from ordinary runny honey. Heather gives it a thick, almost jelly-like consistency, a deep amber colour and a complex flavour with rich floral sweetness, earthy depth and a gently tangy finish.
