Myst~Tree Borage Honey (227g)

It is raw, unfiltered and never blended with imported honey. Borage produces an unusually pale honey with a silky texture and a gentler flavour than many darker honeys, making it a lovely choice for anyone who prefers something light and elegant.

Expect a pale golden colour, gentle sweetness and delicate floral finish. It is beautiful over yoghurt or porridge, stirred into tea, paired with mild cheeses, drizzled over fruit, or eaten straight from the spoon.

Borage honey may naturally crystallise over time. If you prefer it runny, simply stand the closed jar in warm water and allow it to soften gently.
