These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the "Adopter") and Myst~Tree Rainford Cider and Honey ("we," "us," or "our") regarding the symbolic adoption of a bee, queen, or hive as part of the Rewilding Rainford II initiative. By participating in this adoption scheme, you agree to the following terms.

2. Nature of the Adoption

• This adoption is symbolic and does not grant ownership, control, or legal rights over any individual bee, queen, or hive.

• Your adoption directly funds our rewilding efforts, pollinator conservation, and habitat restoration in Rainford.

• The adoption is not an investment and does not entitle adopters to any financial returns or physical products (except where explicitly stated).

3. What You Receive

Each adoption package includes:

• A digital adoption certificate recognizing your support.

• Periodic updates on our rewilding progress and the impact of your adoption.

• A listing (where applicable) on our website or promotional materials acknowledging your support.

4. Fund Allocation

• 100% of funds raised through this adoption scheme go toward wildflower planting, habitat creation, and pollinator conservation.

• Funds may also be used to maintain and expand our beekeeping efforts, ensuring healthy pollinator populations within Rainford.

• Myst~Tree is a for-profit business, and this adoption scheme is a fundraising initiative to support rewilding efforts, not a registered charity campaign.

5. Payments & Cancellations

• All adoptions are one-time, non-refundable contributions unless otherwise stated.

• If you wish to cancel your adoption before receiving your certificate, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

• Any recurring adoption options (if available) can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information to process your adoption and provide updates.

• Your details will not be shared or sold to third parties.

• You may opt out of receiving updates at any time by contacting us.

7. Disclaimer
